Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer that time to another client in need.

These policies allow us to respect the time of both our providers and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
How to Cancel
or Reschedule
The fastest way to reschedule or cancel is directly through your Boulevard client portal. You'll find a link in your original booking confirmation email.
You can also reach us by phone or text at (414) 265-6586. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
We're happy to get you back on the schedule. Book your new appointment online anytime — no phone call needed.
- 48+ hours before: Cancel or reschedule with no fee — thank you for the notice.
- Less than 48 hours: A late cancellation fee applies based on service type.
- No-call / no-show: Full or partial charge applies — see fee schedule above.
- Running late? Please call or text us — we'll do our best to accommodate, though services may need to be adjusted.
